Fresh Look and Layout

Due to popular demand, were going back to the old basement layout, with a more community focus then graphics.

If there's any trouble with the new skin, report it as usual

Love the new look! At least on my monitor the text is a lot smaller, and for some reason gives the forum a nice neat and tidy look.

Text is a bit hard to read, although that my be my eyesight and refusal to wear glasses, and the point that i use 1600 x 1200...
