making an image using a .flv file

Hi guys i'm trying to make and display pic with a moving image from youtube that i've downloaded (it's and .flv file) i the image size is 200 x 200, but what i need to know is how to get it from the .flv into photoshop and make it into a moving image

Maybe this will help - http://www.fileinfo.net/extension/flv

I've never used it, but I assume Adobe Flash player would have an option to port it to photoshop.

To save yourself the hassle though, maybe try finding it in apple video format, .mov They port right in there and are easy to edit.

meh i've given up thought i could make it work but it's impossible lol thanks for the advice tho, at the moment i'm learning PHP and CSS so that i can put my photoshopping skills to use xD
