I've been trying to create and add some recent 'sprays' to the game Team Fortress 2. I have been trying almost every different image file type and so far .tga is the only one that works. But the problem is that I cannot convert the files into that type using Photoshop. Is there any good image converters that could do this? I tried one, but it didn't work very well or at all.

Did a quick search, and it looks like Gimp does, according to This here. I haven't tried, so I can't confirm/deny

Source games should allow you to import jpg or png files to use as sprays...

Cheers, I'll give Gimp a go, see if that works. And Xylaquin, I know it should work but every time I try uploading that file type it repeats the same message "Flie type is Corrupt" or something along those lines.
