If you didn't know already the creators of Timesplitters and Haze have had to pull the plug.

We're unsure of TimeSplitters future right now. FRD has gone into administration, and might just pull out of it. The game won't be the same though, with so many people jumping ship

You mean like they'll end up selling the rights to the game off to another company? If thats the case I'm guessing it'll be left down to EA to do it, seeing as they were part of TS:FP. Wouldn't be particularly surprised if they end up finishing the game, but as you pointed out it wouldn't be the same since it's not FRD doing it. :/
