Pretty much everyone used the laser beam to beat Robot Factory. If you don't use this strat, it is the hardest level by far. Otherwise I'd have to go with Atom Smasher. Anyway, if there still is someone around here who hasn't beaten NeoTokyo on hard yet, tell me. I'll see if I can get an easy strategy on tape then.

this may sound big headed, but none of them really stuck out for me. like mas said, once you get siberia under your belt you've reached a new level of skill and it all fell into place for me.

Atomsmasher, without a doubt.

Atomsmasher was pretty hard, but I still think Robot Factory was the hardest.

Hardest was Atomsmasher for me. I had tried many, MANY times and failed. Then I stopped and played Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow. When I went back to TS2, I beat it on my second try. Robot Factory wasn't too difficult when I exploited that Robot Killer Field.

After well over a year occaisionally playing TS2 I finally beat Siberia last week. The moment that Time Portal appeared in the middle of the dam I felt like throwing a party.
Then I managed to beat Chicago today (haven't tried Notre Dame yet)

Was this on Hard difficulty? Well, good job on beating them! Notre Dame and Planet X are still fairly easy by comparison, but I've always found NeoTokyo to be hard.
